Naturkraft Wellness is a developing nature-based practice offering therapeutic reflections, mindful tools, and guided support for those seeking a deeper connection to themselves, to the natural world, and to the cyclical rhythms that sustain life.
Rooted in a deep love of wild landscapes and grounded in over a decade of experience in therapeutic support roles, Naturkraft Wellness bridges mindful nature connection with trauma-informed, holistic wellbeing practices. This is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember your place in the living world.
The name Naturkraft—meaning The Power of Nature—reflects a simple truth: nature has an innate capacity to soothe the nervous system, restore balance, and guide us home to ourselves. Whether resting beneath ancient trees, walking through shifting seasons, or feeling earth beneath your feet, nature invites us to return to belonging, resilience, and wholeness.
This work has grown from my own journey of rewilding, stepping away from disconnection and burnout, and returning to presence, meaning, and inner steadiness through time outdoors. It is a path I continue to walk and one I share through writing, seasonal practices, and guided therapeutic offerings.

My Approach & Training
I hold a Certificate in Integrated Systemic Therapy and am currently training in Advanced Wilderness Therapeutic Approaches. My practice weaves:
Nature-based therapeutic techniques
Somatic and nervous-system-informed approaches
Trauma-aware, attachment-sensitive support
Mindfulness and seasonal attunement
I offer 1:1 and group sessions, online and in natural environments, blending reflective dialogue with embodied connection and gentle awareness practices.

What Nature Therapy Is
Nature therapy (ecotherapy) supports emotional and psychological wellbeing through intentional connection with the natural world. Instead of a clinical room, this work unfolds outdoors where possible, or indoors with nature practices as a grounding anchor.
This is not about “fixing” yourself.
It is about remembering your wholeness, reconnecting with your nervous system’s natural wisdom, and finding your place in the wider living world.
